His primary area of responsibility is management of ITI project field services, which includes planning for design-build project installation and construction, start-up, and commissioning. His other areas of responsibility include acting as the field lead during project installation and construction, start-up, and commissioning and management of ITI design-build project purchasing activities.
Glenn’s expertise includes design, construction, start-up and commissioning of processes, pollution prevention and control, process solution maintenance and rejuvenation, process control, pure and ultrapure water systems and applications, and environmental systems, including wastewater and solid waste management and air emissions management. He also has experience in technology development, process equipment purchase, fabrication and installation, and systems optimization.
Glenn has more than 25 years of consulting and process engineering experience, working for dozens of private industry clients in aerospace, electronics, automotive, metals, and other manufacturing industries and for several US and foreign government agencies. He has extensive experience commissioning process systems, including metal finishing processes and supporting operations. These systems include process support laboratories, water systems, wastewater systems, air handling and air pollution control systems, and gas systems. In addition, he has developed feasibility studies, pollution prevention and cleaner production studies, master plans, system and facility designs for water, wastewater, air and process systems for metal finishing, electronic and chemical process industries. Prior to joining ITI, Glenn worked for 13 years at CH2M Hill.
Glenn is an active member of National Association for Surface Finishing (NASF). He received his BS in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University.
