Integrated Technologies, Inc. (ITI) designs and builds surface finishing process lines, as well as complete process plants. Normally our clients contract separately for the construction of the building and appurtenances (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, etc.). ITI then works with our clients to develop the plant design with consideration of the overall work flow, secondary containment, building structure, plant ventilation, and corrosion management, and utility routing. Ideally the plant is designed and built around the process equipment (the plant serves the process); however, the norm is to design and build process equipment within an existing plant. We work carefully to optimize the design with consideration of plant constraints.
ITI has experience with almost all surface finishing processes.
- We have designed or design-built numerous Electroplating Process Lines, including (but not limited to):
- Decorative Chromium plating of steel, aluminum alloys, copper alloys, and zinc die castings
- Decorative Chromium (Microporous and Microcracked) plating of ABS and PC-ABS plastics
- Diffused Ni-Cd plating of low alloy steel and corrosion resistant steel
- Hard Chromium plating of steel and stainless steels
- Cadmium, TiCd, and Zinc-Nickel plating of steel alloys
- Zinc plating of steel alloys
- Copper plating of steel for case hardening applications and break-in coating of bearing races
- Copper plating of stainless steel for anti-galling during drawing operations
- Sulfamate Nickel plating of steel, corrosion resistant steels, and copper alloys
- Sulfamate Nickel Electroforming on aluminum mandrels
